The Shattered Vase Workshops at Flow Full Life are a series of online sessions where you can learn from amazing international flow and movement artists, all from the comfort of your home. We’re teaming up with Prop Dance Culture to bring you a mix of props, flow arts, movement and dance. Whether you’re just starting out or have experience, these workshops are a great way to explore different approaches to flow arts and connect with people worldwide. Just be careful—you might knock over a vase or two!
