Join us for a transformative movement meditation session that integrates grounding exercises inspired by the rich traditions of Chen style and Wudang style Tai Chi. This practice is designed to cultivate awareness and balance, culminating in a dynamic flow of Kali-stick and Wushu "practice-sword" Jian techniques. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or just beginning your journey, all levels are welcome to explore the fluidity and rhythm of these ancient arts. Under the guidance of Zu, who has trained for over a decade with renowned masters, you'll discover the profound connection between movement, breath, and the natural world, enhancing your overall sense of well-being and groundedness. Embrace this opportunity to deepen your practice in a supportive and inclusive environment.

About Zu:

Zu began his journey into breathwork and meditation under the esteemed guidance of Grandmaster Cheng Aiping, a renowned Chen style Tai Chi instructor hailing from Hangzhou, China. His foundational practice draws heavily from the movement pathways of the Wudang Temple lineages, particularly the San Feng system, intertwining the principles of nature connection and groundedness articulated in Daoist scriptures. Having spent over a decade training in China, Zu has also immersed himself in the teachings of various elders from Mesoamerican traditions and South African wisdom keepers. Today, he is dedicated to passing on these invaluable practices and methods, empowered by those who have enlightened him, as a means to foster collective healing and promote the flourishing of communal well-being.
